      The foundation of Kefi Aesthetics was laid by Mariana Artemiadis, whose journey in the aesthetics industry spans over 20 years. Starting her career in the vibrant medspas of South Florida, Mariana quickly earned a reputation for her exceptional skill and efficiency in full-body waxing, catering to both men and women with unmatched precision. Her dedication to excellence, paired with a natural gift for teaching, made her next steps clear when she relocated to Connecticut. Starting over from scratch, Mariana embraced the opportunity to share her wealth of knowledge by becoming an educator at Brio Academy, where she inspired and shaped the next generation of aestheticians. This chapter ultimately paved the way for her to realize her dream of opening her own business, Mariana's Skincare—creating a space where her clients could experience personalized care and transformative results.

      Her daughter Korina’s journey took a different path. Starting her career in New York City, Korina specialized in special effects and prosthetics makeup, eventually immersing herself in the high-energy world of NYC Fashion Week. Alongside this, she contributed her artistry to various editorial projects and production teams, further refining her skills in fast-paced, creative environments. It was there she fell in love with beauty makeup, a passion that led her to MAC Cosmetics, where she honed her skills and worked as a makeup artist for five years. But Korina’s artistic vision soon expanded—she was drawn to the clinical side of aesthetics and the transformative power of permanent makeup. In 2015, Korina returned to Florida to pursue her education and career in aesthetics and cosmetic tattooing. Over the last decade, Korina dedicated herself to mastering permanent makeup and reconstructive tattooing as well as clinical skincare, blending her creativity with a results-driven approach.

 

      Now, in 2024, a full-circle moment has arrived—Korina has joined forces with her mother, Mariana, to bring their shared vision to life. Kefi Aesthetics represents not just a partnership, but a homecoming—a celebration of their combined expertise, creativity, and passion for helping others.
